MVP DEVELOPMENT

Ship the smallest version that proves the bet.

Most MVPs die in slide decks. Ours go live. We take a one-page brief and hand you a working, paying-customer-capable product in 6–10 weeks — with the analytics to tell you what is working.

What we deliver

Clickable prototype in week 1

A real Figma you can show investors and customers — not a wireframe.

Production app by week 6

Auth, payments, monitoring, deploys. Hosted on your infrastructure under your domain.

Instrumented from day one

Every screen, every funnel, measured. We hand over a dashboard that already shows you what to fix next.

Clean handover or extended run

Repo, infra, and credentials in your name from the start. Walk away or keep us on — your call, not ours.

How we work

1
Week 1 — Brief and design

We turn your one-page brief into a clickable prototype and a hard milestone plan. We agree what is in v1 and what waits.

2
Week 2–3 — Core flows

Auth, the primary customer journey, payments scaffolded. Daily deploys. You watch it come alive in your inbox.

3
Week 4–5 — Polish and integrate

Third-party integrations, edge cases, admin dashboards. We start onboarding your first real users.

4
Week 6 — Launch

Live URL, monitoring, runbook, handover docs. We celebrate. You decide whether v2 starts next Monday.

Common questions

What does a Delisys MVP cost?

Fixed-scope MVPs typically land between £25k and £80k depending on integrations, payments complexity, and mobile vs web. We quote against your one-page brief, with the price locked at signing.

Who owns the code and the data?

You do, from day one. The GitHub repo is created under your organisation, the cloud infrastructure runs in your account, and the data lives in your database. We are guests on your stack, not gatekeepers.

What if our scope changes mid-build?

It always does. Small swaps are baked into the price. Material additions are quoted as a change order before any new work starts — no surprises in the final invoice.
