Engineering teams that act like your own.
When the platform you need does not exist yet, you do not need a vendor. You need a senior team that has shipped this before, embedded in your workflow from day one.
What we deliver
A cross-functional squad
Tech lead, two to four senior engineers, designer, and a delivery PM who shows up to your standup.
Discovery and architecture
Domain modelling, data architecture, integration map, risk register. Two weeks. Output is a plan you could hand to your CTO.
Continuous delivery
Deploys daily, demos every fortnight, a steering call every month. Burn-down visible to your stakeholders.
Quality you can audit
Test coverage targets, CI gates, security review baked in. We sign off our own work — and so do your auditors.
How we work
Discovery sprint
1–2 weeks. We name the architecture, the milestones, and the risks. You leave with a roadmap you can defend internally.
Squad assembly
A hand-picked team in your Slack within two weeks of go-ahead. Names, faces, and prior projects up front.
Build cycles
Fortnightly delivery, monthly business review. Velocity reported with the same numbers your engineering team uses.
Handover or extend
Knowledge transfer is a deliverable. Optional retainer for the long tail of feature work.

Common questions
Can your team work inside our existing codebase?
Yes — that is the default. We embed in your repos, conform to your conventions, and merge through your code review. No "Delisys monorepo" you would have to inherit later.
What does the commercial model look like?
Time and materials for open-ended programmes, fixed scope for clearly bounded modules. We are happy to mix the two within a single engagement.
Do you do code audits on existing systems?
Yes. Two-week security and architecture audit with a written report — a common starting point before deeper work.
