AUTOMATION

Automate the handoffs your team is doing by hand.

We run our own business on the automation backbone we build for clients: form routing, alerting, document processing, and back-office flows. Every workflow ships with an owner, retries, and an alert when it stops.

What we deliver

Process audit with the hours attached

Every repetitive handoff mapped, with the hours it consumes per month, so you can see which three are worth automating first.

Integrations between what you already pay for

CRM, finance, email, storage, and line-of-business systems connected through their APIs, so nothing is retyped twice.

Document and data processing

Invoices, forms, and PDFs read and structured with AI extraction, with a human review step wherever a mistake would be expensive.

Monitored workflows

Retries, dead-letter handling, and alerts that name the workflow and the failure. Automation nobody watches is a future incident.

How we work

1
Map

We sit with the people doing the work and write down what actually happens, which is rarely what the process document says.

2
Quantify

Hours per month against cost per hour. Anything that does not pay for itself inside a year does not get built.

3
Build the top three

Highest-value workflows first, in two-week increments, live and in use before the next one starts.

4
Monitor and hand over

Alerting, documentation, and a walkthrough so your team can change a workflow without calling us.

Common questions

Do we have to replace our existing systems?

No. Automation sits between the systems you already have. Replacing them is a separate decision and usually a worse first move.

Who owns and maintains the workflows?

You do. We deploy into your tenant by default, hand over the documentation, and train someone on your side. If you would rather we ran it, that is a support arrangement, not a lock-in.

Is this robotic process automation?

We go API-first. UI-driven automation is a last resort because it breaks the moment a vendor changes a button, and we will tell you when a process is not worth automating at all.
